Wellness Coaching
At Radiant Health & Wellness, I understand that everyone’s body is different. Which is why I take the time to get to know and understand your goals, health concerns and what has worked for you in the past. As your Holistic Health and Wellness Coach, I provide a judgement-free, confidential space for you to begin your journey to better health and wellness. Together, we create a personalized plan that is individual and specific to you – so that your body and mind can begin to work in better harmony and you feel better, gain more focus, have more energy and begin to feel like you again.
My purpose is help you reach your goal(s) by keeping you motivated, assessing your progress, cheering on every milestone and adjusting the plan to ensure you achieve Radiant Health!
One-on-One Wellness Coaching
What to Expect
- We complete a Health and Wellness Evaluation. It includes an in-depth health history and lifestyle review. We focus on nutrition, fitness, body assessment and goal planning. A mini-workout may also be done so that we can review the connection between the importance of movement and nutrition. All of this is essential so that I can create recommendations that will fit you!
- Goal Setting Wellness leads to Radiant Health, inside and out. Together, we establish specific and achievable goals related to your physical health, mental well-being, stress management, fitness, nutrition and mindfulness. This will help create a roadmap to your wellness success!
- We recommend Biweekly Coaching Sessions. We recognize positive changes. We track how you are feeling, review what is working and what may need to be changed. By understanding how these lifestyle changes are effective in reaching overall wellness, we are able to maximize your results in the least amount of time possible. Sessions are typically 60 minutes.
- When we positive improvements happening, we revisit your wellness goals, do a full body assessment, and continue to build on the program already created.
Group Wellness Coaching
What to Expect
- Group Wellness Coaching includes a Health and Wellness Evaluation, which includes an in-depth health history and lifestyle review, with a focus on nutrition, fitness, body assessment and goal planning. (This will be done prior to group sessions. A mini-workout may also be done so that we can review the connection between the importance of movement and nutrition.)
- Weekly Group sessions typically last 60 minutes. Each session will include discussions and activities about group goals – proper nutrition, movement, mindfulness and meditation. We review how things are going, and how each person can support others in the group. Overall needs of the group will determine what will be the main focus of each session.
- Group wellness coaching is offered in 6-week sessions. We review individual progress halfway through and at the end of the 6 weeks. Adjustments to the program may be made to maximize results.
Youth Wellness Coaching
*Youth Coaching for individuals under the age of 13 requires the parent/guardian to be present at all sessions.
*Youth Coaching for individuals age 13 or over requires the parent/guardian to be present at the initial session and for any sessions where results are reviewed.
What to Expect

We take a look at current nutrition/eating preferences, fitness/body assessment and goal planning. A mini-workout may also be done so that we have a clear idea where to start. We review the connection between the importance of movement and nutrition. This process enables me to create a manageable and fun plan that best fits your child.
- Goal Setting is the best way to get good results. We work together to establish goals that are specific and achievable. These are related to physical health/fitness, mental well-being, nutrition and mindfulness. This success roadmap includes tips and guidelines for the family to support the child so that they may get the best results possible.

My #1 goal is to focus on proper nutrition and functional movement so they can grow to be stronger and excel in life. I also include creating a positive mindset because this is one of the skills in life that is necessary to stay healthy and well.
When considering wellness plans, each individual client is included in the process which services will best help them reach their specific goals.

A mini-workout may also be done so that we can review the connection between the importance of movement and nutrition. All of this is essential so that I can create recommendations that will fit you!
- Goal Setting Wellness leads to Radiant Health, inside and out. Together, we establish specific and achievable goals related to your nutritional health, and how food can help with your mental well-being and stress management, be more mindful and help your body move more fluidly. This will help create a roadmap to your nutritional success!
- We recommend Biweekly Nutritional Sessions. We recognized positive changes. We will track how you are feeling, review what is working and what may need to be changed. By understanding how understanding food and meeting your nutritional needs can be effective in reaching overall wellness, we are able to maximize your results so that you are feeling better sooner than later. Sessions are typically 60 minutes.
- When we see positive improvements happening, we revisit your nutritional goals, do a full body assessment and continue to build on the program already created.
Group Nutrition Coaching
*Group Nutrition Coaching will not exceed 7 persons per group.
What to Expect

By understanding how these nutritional changes are effective in reaching overall wellness, we are able to maximize your child’s results in the least amount of time as possible. Sessions are typically 60 minutes.
- When we see positive improvements, we revisit your child’s nutrition goals, do a full body assessment, continue with food journaling and build on the program already created. We also pay close attention to any specific challenges that make it harder to achieve good results. We make adjustments as needed.
- As a Certified Youth Personal Trainer and coaching children for more than 10 years, I understand that children and teens have goals that will change as they grow. At Radiant Health & Wellness, I understand that everyone’s body is different. Which is why I take the time to get to know and understand your goals, what are your biggest fitness concerns and what has worked for you in the past. As your Personal Trainer, I provide a judgement-free, confidential space for you to begin your journey towards becoming stronger, improve your flexibility and stability, and gain more endurance.
Regardless of your current fitness levels, together, we create a personalized plan that is individual and specific to you – so that your body can begin to function as it was meant to, support you in your activities so that you feel stronger. To really begin to feel like you again.
My purpose is help you reach your goal(s) by keeping you motivated, assessing your progress, cheering on every milestone and adjusting the plan to ensure you achieve Radiant Health!
One-on-One Training
What to Expect
- We will complete a Fit Evaluation. It will include an in-depth health history and lifestyle review. We will also do a functional movement screening, body assessment/posture analysis, and goal planning. We will do a mini-workout, so that I can get to know you and make recommendations that will fit you!
- Goal Setting Wellness leads to Radiant Health, inside and out. Together, we establish specific and achievable goals related to your physical health, which will help you create a positive mindset towards exercise and sticking to your goals. This will help create a roadmap to your success!
- We recommend one time a week Personal Training Sessions. We recognize that results will take time and commitment. You will receive an individualized program that will incorporate your fitness goals, which may include strength, flexibility, stability, endurance, and cardiovascular training, or a combination of one or many of these. Sessions are typically 30 minutes and 60 minutes. What the overall fitness goal is may determine if more sessions may be needed.
- We will check in with your body measurements and goals once a month. We will complete another body assessment and revisit your wellness goals. We will keep building on the program already created so that you will continue to make progress and feel stronger.
Group Fitness Training
*Group Fitness Training sessions will have no more than 5 to 7 people in a group.
What to Expect
- Group Fitness Training includes a Fit Evaluation for each member of the group. The evaluation will include an in-depth health history and lifestyle review, functional movement screening, body assessment and posture analysis, and goal planning for each member. This will be done prior to group sessions, so not to take away from the training activities.
- We will host Weekly Group training sessions, which typically last 60 minutes. Each session will include strength, cardio and stretching. Overall needs of the group will determine what will be the main focus – strength, cardio, endurance, flexibility, stability, or a combination of any of these.
- Participants will participate in once a week for 4-week sessions and will partake in a fitness check evaluation, to check on the progress of each participant so that we can build on the programs that have been created.
Youth Fitness Training
*Youth Fitness Training for individuals under the age of 13 requires the parent/guardian to be present at all sessions.
*Youth Fitness Training for individuals age 13 or older requires the parent/guardian to be present at the initial session and for any session where results are reviewed.
What to Expect

The success roadmap includes tips and guidelines for the family to support the child so that he/she may get the best results possible.
- We recommend one time a week Personal Training Sessions. We recognize that results will take time and commitment. Your child will receive an individualized program that will incorporate his/her fitness goals, which may include strength, flexibility, stability, endurance, and cardiovascular training, or a combination of one or many of these. Sessions are typically 30 minutes and 60 minutes. What the overall fitness goal is may determine if more sessions may be needed.

My #1 goal is to focus on proper form and creating a positive mindset, which are necessary skills so they can continue to grow, become stronger, while excelling at their and (hopefully) remain injury free. As always, form over function.
